Companion mobile application for the TennantConnect Issue Management Software System.

TenantConnect App is a free companion application for your tenants, to complement the TenantConnect communications management software solution for private landlords, property managers and lettings/ rental agents.

This application enables tenants to log issues on their iPhones and iPads which will then feed into your relevant landlord issue management system.

All issues generate formatted email reports for landlords/ property managers and also feed into the online issue management system, where property managers and landlords can see open/ closed issues at a glance, add new issues, respond, download reports or easily forward them on to contractors.

Tenants can classify and log issues, upload photos of issues, raise enquiries, request meetings and contract renewals through the application. Tenants can then view the issue status and update any issue tickets within the Check Issue Status tab. Tenants can also view contact details and useful tenant resources.
